Training Tips
Training consistently will teach you more than how to get your body into shape. It will help you examine the things that stop you in your life, the things that you procrastinate about and excuses that get in the way of being the powerful person you really are. If walking is new to you or your have a serious medical condition, are overweight or pregnant, it's a good idea to consult your physician before beginning your training regimen. Take stock of your physical condition, use common sense and begin with a training level that is appropriate for you.
